Bancroft Construction is currently undertaking an extensive renovation of the historic Cresson Hall facility located in the heart of the Lincoln University campus. Originally constructed in 1870, Cresson Hall was previously used as an upper-class residence hall and was not currently bc game loginin use. Upon completion, the first floor of Cresson Hall will house an idea lab and offices as well as conference, exhibition, and gallery spaces. The second and third floors of the facility will include single and double-occupancy residence rooms as well as laundry, restrooms, and group study spaces.
