The title is confirmation of the many positive employee-focused initiatives and activities of which Bancroft dedicates its resources, such as an employee appreciation program, ongoing training and certifications, safety and wellness strategies, and company-wide events.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor three years in a row, we have been recognized as a Top Workplace, and we are so thrilled and honored,\u201d said Greg Sawka, President and CEO of Bancroft Construction Company. \u201cRanking in the top one-third of other businesses in our category reinforces our company\u2019s positive culture and strength in our people, who truly are our greatest asset and a direct representation of our Guiding Principles on which we base our operations. It\u2019s a big deal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
