On August 18th, three Bancroft Senior Leadership Team members, Cindy Campanella, Steve Griffin, and Bobby Judge, attended the first-ever Top Workplaces live event in Wilmington, Delaware, celebrating each winning company and accepting awards on Bancroft&#8217;s behalf. The team graciously accepted recognition for Bancroft, who earned first place for the midsize company category and this year&#8217;s\u00a0<em>Direction Award!<\/em>\u00a0The Direction Award is presented to one company in the State of Delaware based on the employees&#8217; belief that the company is headed in the right direction. &#8220;Not only are we honored to place first in these categories for the first time, but we are proud of our team members for making this happen,&#8221; remarked Cindy Campanella, VP of Organizational Development. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.
