Bancroft has proudly ranked among the state&#8217;s Top Workplaces since 2017. The award is based solely on\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">employee feedback<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0collected through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.energage.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Energage<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Additionally, Bancroft&#8217;s President and CEO, Greg Sawka, received the 2023\u00a0<\/span>Leadership Award<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">! The Leadership Award celebrates organizational leaders who inspire confidence in employees and the company&#8217;s direction. &#8220;While this award is given to CEOs, any accolades belong to the members of Team Bancroft. Our people are the backbone of what makes Bancroft better, and we wouldn&#8217;t be where we are today without each team member! The survey responses and feedback detailing our open-door policy, positive culture, and confidence in our leadership team were all deciding factors for this achievement.&#8221; Remarked Greg.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Earlier this month, Bancroft&#8217;s Vice President of Organizational Development, Cindy Campanella, and Marketing Coordinator, Ellie Brancato, attended the Top Workplaces live event at The Queen in Wilmington, Delaware, celebrating each winning company and accepting awards on Bancroft and Greg&#8217;s behalf.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cFor the past seven years, we have proudly displayed the Top Workplaces award as a badge of honor, reflecting our teams\u2019 positivity and our company&#8217;s culture,&#8221; said Cindy Campanella.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The award title confirms the many positive employee-focused initiatives and activities to which Bancroft dedicates its resources, such as the Bancroft Learning Institute, safety and wellness strategies, and company-wide events.
