Phase I of the Sussex Montessori Charter School project included the construction of 10 new classrooms configured into two separate buildings totaling 16,000 SF. Construction included support areas, the installation of new water and sewer services to the\u00a0property, and\u00a0an upgrade of electrical service and to the former Wheaton Farm site in Seaford, DE. Renovations to the property also included re-purposing the existing farmhouse to provide a nurses\u2019 area and space for food distribution and toilet facilities.
