The MRMS Wellness Plaza project included the construction of a brand-new 19,200 SF medical office building in Middletown, Delaware. The two-story, wood framed professional\/medical office building was designed by Christopher Kidd & Associates. Bancroft also completed a second floor fit-out of core and shell space for American Kidney Care featuring state-of-the-art dialysis machines and heated massage dialysis chairs to provide comfort to our patients ensuring optimal delivery of care.
